To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
a. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
b. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if available).
b. After reviewing your request, our customer support staff will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
c. Package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will process your refund once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they match the return eligibility requirements. Within 3-5 business days of receiving and examining the returned item(s), refunds will be provided to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following situations:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the product
c. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
